I admire your courage and determination to make your trip possible! I can't believe that the 9 month trip that I've heard Shannon talk about for 2 years is now a reality! If it wasn't for a husband, a house, a puppy, bills, work, etc....I just think that it's great that nothing has stood in your way of making your dreams come true.

A co- worker in Denver who lives mostly in steamboat springs, bought a t shirt and gave it to me. (climber of 12 or so years). I know when I was younger, my female friends and I were going to fund our climbing trips, but slightly unethical means of selling our eggs. that never came about and we were reserved to shorter trips. good luck with it! I am in Boulder, and the summer I spend climbing mostly at Rifle if you are into sport rock.
